Mrs. Tammy Jacobson holds 30 years of experience in administration, billing, accounts management, and credentialing in the health fields. Currently, she is pursuing her bachelor's degree in finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

​

At iHEAL, Tammy manages our billing processes, which includes insurance claims and patient payments. She interfaces with patients who have questions about their copays and deductibles and helps patients develop payment plans when their deductibles are overwhelming. She is also responsible for accounts receivables and credentialing providers.

​

She spends her free time reading, writing, and camping. Her son's graduation from Pennsylvania State University in 2020 prompted her to provide billing services specifically in the field of mental health.

Tammy loves to meet new people and helping others in any way that she can.
