Shea has experience working with emerging adults and adults navigating difficult life events. She offers a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy by implementing integrative techniques from humanistic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She believes therapy is a collaborative process grounded in compassion and cultural humility.
Shea's clinical interests include anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal issues. She is passionate about supporting patients in building coping skills, deepening self-understanding, and working toward meaningful, values-aligned goals.
Beyond clinical work, Shea enjoys trying new coffee shops, watching documentaries, and spending time outside and with loved ones.
