Ms. Shania Greenwood is the Director of Community Mental Health Programs at iHEAL and oversees patients who have serious and persistent mental illness. She believes that all persons must have access to quality mental health treatment regardless of their abilities. Her passions include working in the community and in her recent past, she worked as a school-based mental health clinician providing treatment to low-income children and their families.

As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), Ms. Greenwood has experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to patients at a wide variety of ages. Her clinical specializations include treating patients with self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. She also enjoys working with parents on behavior management skills and fostering healthy relationships with their children. In her recent past, she worked as a school-based mental health clinician providing treatment services to the low-income children and their families.


In addition to her work at iHEAL, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Fielding Graduate University.
