As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), Shania has experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to patients at a wide variety of ages. Her clinical specializations include treating patients with self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. She also enjoys working with parents on behavior management skills and fostering healthy relationships with their children.
She believes that all persons must have access to quality mental health treatment regardless of their abilities. Her passions include working in the community, particularly those with serious and persistent mental illness (SMI).
Previously, she has worked as a school-based mental health clinician providing treatment services to the low-income children and their families.
