Rachel is a neuroaffirming, trauma‑responsive therapist who supports teens through adults navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that come with caregiving or special education systems. She holds graduate degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Psychology, with specialized training in trauma, crisis work, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Through her experiences in the education system and the psychology field, Rachel has learned that healing happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. Her approach blends creative expression, humanistic therapy, and solution‑focused strategies within a neuroaffirming framework. She works from a whole‑mind‑and‑body perspective, helping clients make sense of their emotional, behavioral, and cultural experiences with compassion and clarity.

Rachel’s style is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. She believes therapy should feel like a safe place to explore who you are, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want your life to become.

When she’s not in session, Rachel enjoys reading, painting, nature, and spending time with her many beloved animals and family.
