Wumi  is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. She believes that every individual has unique strengths and stories, and she works with patients to develop personalized strategies for growth and healing.
Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, Wumi helps individuals identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, and anger. She especially enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults.
Wumi also has experience providing case management and supportive services to incarcerated individuals, helping them navigate mental health needs, reentry planning, and access to community resources. She is dedicated to tailoring therapy to meet each patient's specific needs, goals, and cultural background, empowering them to build resilience and improve their overall well-being.
In her free time, Wumi enjoys listening to music, cooking, spending time in nature, and relaxing with her family.
