Before coming to iHEAL, Ms. Margot Hall gained mental health experience as a rehabilitation specialist in Baltimore City that fueled a passion for helping underserved populations. In her current therapy work, she incorporates techniques from several different theories in her clinical work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and motivational interviewing.

As a previous intern at iHEAL, she has experience working with emerging adults and others presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, parenting struggles, and intimate partner issues.

Aside from her work in psychology, Margot enjoys working with animals and served as a surgical coordinator for a veterinary orthopedic specialist for five years. In her free time, Margot enjoys taking her 12-year-old English bulldog on outdoor adventures, watching Marvel movies, and running.
