Ms. Diamond Keyes, a professional counselor in Maryland and has been actively contributing to the mental health community for nine years. Prior to obtaining licensure, her career was predominantly dedicated to working with vulnerable populations in both residential and outpatient settings across the state of Maryland.

In her current professional role, she embraces an eclectic counseling approach, integrating skills-based practices rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a client-centered approach, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and crisis management techniques.

Shhe has worked with the entire lifespan (i.e., children, teens, and adults), treating a diversity of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, family-related challenges, and life transitions.

Beyond her professional commitments, she enjoys spending her free time writing poetry, hiking, listening to music, and dancing. She also shares her passion by teaching dance to teen girls and would love to establish programs that provide emerging youth and adults with avenues to express themselves through the arts.
