Denise is a master’s-level psychology intern with a focus on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and women’s health concerns. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating techniques from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and trauma-informed practices.

Denise is committed to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing process. Her clinical interests also include supporting clients through life transitions and helping them build resilience and self-awareness.

Outside of her clinical work, Denise enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and hanging out with her dog.
