Autumn is a masters-level psychology intern from Towson University’s Psychology Department with a focus in Clinical Psychology. She has a history of working with Autistic and neurodiverse children, teenagers, and adults, as well as adults with intellectual disabilities.
Autumn seeks to empower her patients by integrating aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Radical Healing theory, and trauma-focused therapy. Her clinical interests include schizophrenia spectrum disorders, Autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression. Additionally, she is passionate about providing therapy to people diagnosed with neurological conditions.
Beyond her clinical work, Autumn enjoys watching anime, hiking, listening to music, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants with friends.
