Alexis Allen is a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Walden University, where she is completing advanced training in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based practice with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Alexis has experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and providing therapy for individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with mood, anxiety, neurodevelopmental, and trauma-related concerns.
Alexis’s clinical interests include neuropsychological assessment, trauma-informed care, and the integration of multicultural and social justice frameworks within clinical practice. She is deeply committed to fostering mental health equity and ensuring that psychological services are accessible, affirming, and responsive to the unique cultural and contextual needs of every patient.Â
Her long-term goal is to advance a career that bridges clinical practice, teaching, and advocacy to promote holistic well-being and social change.
