Aaron aims to promote patient wellbeing through a holistic perspective based upon a person-centered foundation, integrating techniques derived from humanistic, Gestalt, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). He believes in encouraging the development of sustainable self-efficacy and functional coping skills, all while working to erase the social stigma surrounding counseling.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys binge-watching tv shows, playing video games, and trying to cook.
