Ms. Paula has experience in providing individual and group therapy. With 18 years of experience in child welfare coupled with previous leadership experience as a program director, she enjoys working with individuals, of all ages, with a history of abuse, behavioral issues, depression, bipolar, anxiety, family conflict, grief /loss, interpersonal conflicts, anger, and life transitions. She offers parent training and addiction treatment as well.

Her approaches to treatment include body and mind psychotherapy, mindfulness, play therapy, and psychodrama. She is trained in emotional freedom technique (EFT Tapping).

During her spare time, she enjoys traveling, surfing the web, spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants. Sometimes, she exercises and she loves taking photos. She hates wearing coats, even in the winter, and always prefers flip flops over shoes.
