Carly is a licensed social worker with experience providing individual and group therapy for teens and adults. She treats a wide range of mental health/emotional concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and psychosis.
Practicing from a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach, she often uses techniques from Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based therapy. As a therapist, Carly seeks to meet her clients where they are, which includes curating a safe environment for the patient and building a foundation of trust.Â
During her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music or podcasts, and spending time with her friends and family.
