Tammra, who currently holds a post-graduate certificate in organizational counseling, is clinically interested in treating patients with depression, anxiety, communication skills, grief, anger management, and assertiveness training. She has a passion for helping patients navigate life changes to become the best version of themselves. 


She has experience workign with teens, adults, families, and couples, using client-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behaviroral Therapy (REBT).

 

In addition to her counseling background, Tammra comes to the Institute for Healing with robust and diverse professional experience in leadership performance coaching and mentoring. A U.S. Air Force veteran, she has held multiple positions within the U.S. federal government.


During her spare time, Tammra enjoys reading, cooking, exercising, traveling and enjoying time with family and friends.
