Mrs. ShaQuetta Little Young has previous experience working with adolescents, who had been adjudicated delinquent by the local judiciary. In this capacity, she worked with adolescents and their families towards mental health stabilization, reintegration into the school system, and reunification of the family system.

She has experience working with individuals who suffer with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, spirituality, and trauma. She has a special interest in working with survivors of human trafficking and clergy.​

In addition to her clinical work at iHEAL, ShaQuetta also manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic with Sara Dorrance, the director of the clinic. She is responsible for maintaining personnel files, managing patient and employee concerns, developing policies and procedures for the clinic, and fulfilling requests for information.
