Ericca has been a strong advocate and supporter of people with physical and/or mental health challenges for decades. Having worked in a host of local government agencies for most of her career, she has a passion for advocating for underserved populations and developing/implementing programs that would benefit Baltimore’s vulnerable population. She has previous experience working in housing, the Mayor’s Office of Community and Human Development, Department of Public Works, the Family League of Baltimore City, and the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development. She has also worked in many non-profit organizations providing mental health services.


Ericca enjoys working with various populations of all ages and has worked with persons

living with/through bipolar, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She has implemented a variety of treatment modalities when treating clients because every client is unique.


Ericca’s motto is, “We are our brother’s keeper,” and she tries to make a positive impact in someone’s life every day.


Ericca is the proud mother of two adult sons and grandmother to four grandchildren.
