Daniela Bedon is a masters-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student from The Johns Hopkins University.


Daniela is a culturally-humble and empathetic therapist who uses a motivational interviewing and a person-centered approach to create a supportive space where her patients feel heard. She has experience working with adults (from budding adults to geriatrics) who seek to improve their self-esteem while navigating challenging life transitions.


Daniela is passionate about incorporating interactive and creative activities to foster resilience and self-expression. Her clinical interest include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma related concerns and difficult life transitions. 

In her daily life Daniela enjoys attending Zumba classes, painting, reading and spending quality time with her family and friends.
