As a registered psychology associate in the State of Maryland, her specialities include work with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. She uses her education, training, experience, and intuition to help clients transform their lives. She approaches therapy from a patient-centric and insight-oriented angle and believes that it is important to honor every patient as an individual.
Previously, she has volunteered with the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network (RAINN) as a crisis intervention hotline staffer for survivors of sexual assault and worked as a research assistant for HopeWorks in Howard County in their program concerning intimate partner violence.
To relax, she enjoys collecting scented candles, doing crossword puzzles, cooking, and taking too many pictures of her cat, Talia.
