Taneisha Carter, BS

Psychology (MS) Intern

Ms. Taneisha Carter is currently a graduate student at the University of Baltimore in the applied psychology program within the counseling psychology concentration. She earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland-College Park in 2016.

Ms. Carter has experience implementing treatment and behavioral protocol with children, adolescents, and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders. Broadly, she is interested in working with children who have had significant traumatic experiences (e.g., violence exposure).

Additional clinical interests include racial trauma, grief counseling, community psychology, personality, and anxiety disorders.

Ms. Carter is an active member of Psi Chi (International Honor Society in Psychology).
